Customers utilizing our shipping services will receive a refund minus shipping charges of $19.99. Shipping is free and included in the repair price if a successful repair is performed.

Of course! Compared to sending your console into Sony. The repair service you select guarantees you will receive your original console back, we repair your original console , and have it shipped back to you within one business day.

Q. Will I lose all my game saves and other data?

No! Unless your hard drive is damaged, you will not lose any saved games, demos, music or photos! If you want a hard drive upgrade, we transfer all your data to the new hard drive.
