Q: Why should I use Gophermods, LLC for my PS3 or iPhone repair?

All our labor includes a free 60, 90, or 180 day warranty that includes all exchanges, additional repairs and parts. All repair orders include free ground return shipping, professional expertise and free customer support.

 

Q: When shipping in my item. Should I include any accessories?

A: You only need to send the unit. Do not include any accessories. In the event they are mailed to us, we will ship them back to you free of charge with your order.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: During checkout, you can select one of four payment methods. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure credit card processor. In addition, we accept PayPal, Google Checkout and Personal Checks.

When paying with a Personal Check. Please include it inside the package when shipping. Do not mail separately.

Special Note: When paying via Credit Card through our secure credit card processor, your card will not be billed until services are complete.

 

Q: I am new to shipping. How do I ship?

A: After placing an order. Simply take a copy of your receipt, the unit you are sending in to repair and take it to your local shipping center. UPS Stores and FedEx Kinkos stores will be able to professionally package your unit for as little as $5.00 to ensure maximum protection during shipping. Once the unit is packed. Simply provide the UPS or FedEx clerk with the shipping address that we will provide you, and your done! We'll take care of it from there.

 

Q: Where do I ship to?

A: After completing an order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a copy of your receipt and shipping instructions. For quick and easy reference, our address is posted at the bottom of the web site. For more help with shipping, check out our Shipping Help & Information page.

 

Q: Okay, what do I do to get my broken unit repaired?

A: Visit our How-to Make Your Repair Order page for easy step by step instructions on how to easily send your unit in for repairs. If you have more questions, feel free to contact our live customer support. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm central time.

 

Q: I am located in Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Will you still take my order?

A: We will still accept your order, however our standard free shipping charges will be waived, you will be responsible for the return shipping back. Shipping to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska will be an additional $30.00 charge.

 

Q: I cannot get my game,movie,disc out of my drive. My console won't power up. Will it be returned?

A: We guarantee you will receive your game, movie, or disc back that is in your PlayStation 3 console. Other companies can't guarantee that they "won't lose it." Additionally if your disc is lost, it will be replaced for FREE!

 

Q: Do I receive my original console or phone back?

A: Of course! Compared to sending your console into Sony, Apple or RIM. The repair service you select guarantees you will receive your original console or phone back, we repair your original, and have it shipped back to you within one business day.

 

Q: Is there shipping insurance with your FedEx shipping?

A: Our free return shipping does not include insurance. Return shipments come with standard $100.00 FedEx insurance coverage. If the buyer would like additional insurance, please contact-us prior to shipping. It is the buyers obligation to ask for additional insurance, any damages or lost or stolen property will only be covered up to $100.00. The $500 shipping insurance covers return shipping (back to you, the customer). Not shipping to our repair center. FedEx Prepaid labels only have $100.00 shipping insurance. It is the buyers obligation to ask for additional insurance on Fedex prepaid labels.

 

Q: How long do repairs take?

A: As soon as your package is receive, on average repairs take only 24 hours to get it repaired. In the event there is a delay you will be notified. UPS, FedEx both deliver in the afternoon at our shop, your console is often shipped back out the following day with FedEx. When your unit is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Gophermods, LLC is the fastest repair operation in the states. With our operation and professional experience, you will be guaranteed you will be back in action in a few short days.

 

Q: What if my unit is not fixable or damaged beyond repair?

A: In the rare circumstances we are unable to repair your console or phone, we will return your unit to you free of charge. Customers will receive a 100% refund of the repair cost, minus return shipping charges of $12.50. There will be no bench fees or hidden fees!

 

Q: Will I lose data or saved games on my hard drive?

A: No! Unless your hard drive is damaged, you will not lose any saved games, demos, music or photos. If you want a hard drive upgrade, we transfer all your data to the new hard drive. Hard drive upgrades are for Sony PlayStation 3 consoles only. No upgrades available for iPhones or Blackberrys.

 

Q: Where is Gophermods LLC located?
