All of our UPS Prepaid Shipping labels have increased insurance values. This insurance protects against damages, theft, lost or mishandled packages while in UPS care.

Packaging Help:  

When sending us your order for repairs don't be shy on the bubble wrap, spend a few minutes to guarantee your package will arrive to us safely and securely. Shipping with the original PlayStation 3 box and or phone box often provides the absolute best protection.

If you need cheap packaging materials, visit your local FedEx Office, UPS Store or Postal Station. Each location will help you securely package and ship it to us quickly and safely.
   
Packaging Tips:
  • Use a rigid box
  • Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other shipment markings from the box
  • Wrap all items separately
  • Use adequate cushioning material
  • Use strong tape designed for shipping
  • Please do not use any packaging that you would like returned. All boxes and packaging material are recycled.
