Yes, as we need to test out the device to make sure our repair was successful. We run diagnostics on your device both before and after the repair to make sure it is still running in tip-top shape. If you do not wish to provide the passcode (and we understand the desire to preserve your privacy) we will not be able to offer our warranty as we will not have had the ability to guarantee our work.
