The $79.99 includes all parts and labor required to repair the yellow light issue. This price includes a free six month warranty that covers the yellow light failure. We have a 95% success rate with all yellow light repairs, the 5% of the time we cannot repair the unit is because of bad GPU processors. The GPU processor is normally damaged beyond repair if it is extensively heat damaged and would need a replacement. This is not a service we offer.

Q. If you cannot repair it, how much do I owe?

In the unfortunate event we are unable to repair your console, we will return your unit to you without any labor fees. Customers utilizing our shipping services will receive a refund minus shipping charges of $19.99. Shipping is free and included in the repair price if a successful repair is performed.

Q: Is this reflow repair service for $79.99 a permanent repair?

A: NO! There are no 100% permanent repairs on the market for this type of hardware failure. This type of issue has no permanent repair. We have seen our repairs last as long as two years, and as short as two months. The average life of a console after it has been reflowed once is in the 8-9 month range. If the unit fails outside of warranty, we will repair the unit labor free once. You only need to cover shipping.

Q. I have a stuck game/movie/blu-ray inside, do I get that back?

We guarantee you will get your game/movie/blu-ray back that is in your PlayStation 3 console. Additionally if your disc is lost, it will be replaced for FREE!

Q. Do I receive my original console back?

Of course! Compared to sending your console into Sony. The repair service you select guarantees you will receive your original console back, we repair your original console , and have it shipped back to you within one business day.

Q. Will I lose all my game saves and other data?

No! Unless your hard drive is damaged, you will not lose any saved games, demos, music or photos! If you want a hard drive upgrade, we transfer all your data to the new hard drive.
