We want to share an important update regarding our Eagan location. Back in November, we temporarily closed our store to focus on team training and development. During this period we experienced some turnover which made it clear that we would not have the team in place to successfully operate both our Eagan and Minneapolis locations.

With our lease in Eagan set to expire in March, we took a thoughtful look at how to best uphold our core values: community, quality, integrity, customer service, and open-mindedness. After much reflection, we determined that closing the Eagan location was the most responsible decision to ensure we remain aligned with these values and continue to serve our customers effectively.

Our retail stores began as the cornerstone of our business, but over the years we have expanded successfully into additional areas such as e-commerce, professional services, K-12 and enterprise repairs. These growth areas have enabled us to thrive as a company.

This was not an easy decision, and it is one we made with a heavy heart. We take pride in the relationships we’ve built in the Eagan community, and we are truly grateful for your loyalty and support over the years.

No, Gophermods is not closing permanently.

Not at all! We currently employ 45 people and are actively hiring for other parts of our business. We’ve been a proud part of the community since 2011 and have maintained a strong and healthy business.
