Samsung’s new Galaxy S23 series of smartphones was announced in February 2023 and includes three models: the S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra. These devices are the latest in Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S series and offer top-of-the-line features and capabilities.

The entry-level Galaxy S23 has a 6.1-inch display with a variable refresh rate and storage options ranging from 128 GB to 512 GB. The Galaxy S23+ is similar but comes with a larger 6.6-inch display, faster charging, and larger battery capacity. The top-of-the-line Galaxy S23 Ultra boasts a curved 6.8-inch display with the largest battery capacity in the lineup, a more advanced camera setup, and an integrated S Pen for increased functionality and productivity.

In terms of battery life, the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra feature non-removable Li-ion batteries with varying capacities. The S23 supports wired charging over USB-C at up to 25W, while the S23+ and S23 Ultra offer faster 45W charging.

No Appointment Necessary

On average, most Samsung repairs are finished within one to two hours of drop-off at any one of our stores. No appointment is required for service but we do recommend you call ahead to check for turnaround times and parts availability.

Most Galaxy S23 screens, batteries and docking ports are not always routinely stocked. So please call ahead to check stock.


Warranty Coverage:

The one year warranty covers any defects with the part replaced. This warranty is exclusive to only the parts serviced and replaced.

In the event your part serviced is damaged again, the standard one year warranty coverage is void.

Physical Damages:

Incidental damages are not covered under our warranty policy. In the event your device is broken again, the standard one-year warranty coverage is void.

Yes. We’ve had tens of thousands of broken iPhones, iPads, and Samsung phones brought into Gophermods since 2009. I would guess 98% of the devices brought into our stores are repaired. We’ve seen so many devices you don’t have to worry if we haven’t seen it before.

We prefer it, but it is not required. We need to test out the device to make sure our repair was successful. We run diagnostics on your device both before and after the repair to make sure it is still running in tip-top shape. If you do not wish to provide the passcode (and we understand the desire to preserve your privacy) we will not be able to guarantee a turnaround time as we will not have had the ability to test our work post-repair. All staff signs a customer data privacy policy before working on customer devices, any staff found to violate this policy is immediately terminated.

On average, most smartphone repairs are finished within one to two hours of drop-off at any one of our stores. Many non-iPhone parts are not in-stock and are special order. No appointment is required, but we always recommend to call ahead to check for parts and turnaround times.

Pretty simple, we break it we bought it. If our parts fail within one year, bring it back, and we’ll fix it again under warranty. We’ve been doing this almost ten years, and have hundreds of positive feedback and reviews.

In the event we cannot fix your device, there may be a $19 to $29 diagnostic fee.
