Do you repair cell phone screens?
Yes. We provide depot screen repairs for most iPhone and Android models under education and small business programs. Our technicians complete a ten week training program and follow strict quality checks for consistent results. No appointment is required once your account is set up.
How long does a smartphone repair take?
Screen replacements are often completed in one to three business days after the device arrives at our depot. If a part is not in stock, we will source it and confirm an updated timeline. If we find additional issues, we will share a quote and timeline before we proceed.
How much does a broken screen cost to repair?
Pricing depends on model and volume. iPhone screens are often less expensive than select Samsung models due to part costs. Program pricing starts with per device tiers, and protection plan options are available for fleets. Send your model list to get exact pricing.
Do you offer battery repairs?
Yes. We replace batteries that no longer hold a charge for iPhone and leading Android models. Each device receives diagnostics before and after the repair to confirm performance.
What about liquid damage?
We handle liquid damage at the depot. We assess the device, perform board level cleaning when appropriate, and provide a repairability report. If a device is not economical to repair, we can recommend buyback or disposition options.
What level of customer support is available?
Account support is available by phone and email. Our team assists with quotes, RMAs, pickups, and status updates. We provide clear policies and documentation so your staff knows what to expect at every step.
Are repairs dependent on technician availability?
Repairs are performed by trained technicians at our depot. We staff to meet program SLAs, and we communicate if volume or parts availability affects timelines.
Is it worth it to repair a smartphone?
Yes. Repairs often extend device life and reduce total cost of ownership. We will advise when replacement or buyback makes more financial sense for your fleet.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace a phone?
In most cases, repairing a device is less expensive than replacement, especially for screens and batteries. For severe damage or very old models, replacement may be the better option. We will provide both options so you can choose what fits your budget and policy.
What are the most common cell phone repairs?
Common repairs include cracked screens, battery replacements, charging ports, and camera failures. We also service buttons, speakers, microphones, and back glass on supported models.
Do you use Genuine Apple or Samsung parts?
We prioritize reliability and longevity. When available and appropriate, we can source OEM parts. We also offer high quality alternatives that meet our testing standards. We will price and label each option so you can choose based on budget and policy.
What other services are available?
Beyond phone repairs, we support iPad and tablet repairs, Mac and Windows laptop repairs, white glove deployments, protection plans, warranty programs, device buyback, spare pool management, and reporting.
How do you compare to other providers?
We focus on program outcomes. That means consistent depot quality, clear SLAs, easy logistics, and responsive support for schools and small businesses. See partner feedback and decide if our approach fits your needs.
Will our data be safe?
Yes. We protect data privacy by following strict intake and handling procedures. We recommend that you back up devices and remove sensitive data when possible. If your policy requires data wipes, we can add that step to your workflow.
